Carlos Eric Lopez is a Mexican-American portrait and fashion photographer and graduate of the world-renowned Brooks Institute. Fascinated from a young age by the beauty, elegance, and irony of fame, Lopez is intensely passionate about exploring the subject through his work, ultimately challenging the audience to reinterpret their perspectives on the matter.
Lopez trained his eye as a model booker for Next Model Management before securing a role as an Editor for Conde Nast’s Teen Vogue, where he refined his talent for creative direction. His formal training at the Brooks Institute, combined with his years of experience in the fashion and publishing industries, have forged close relationships with celebrities, brands, artists, and models – allowing him unobstructed access to examine these worlds through his lens.
